as if u were from India the government finally made some norms for Internet calling..
And they would be launching it soon..
I would suggest you to wait for that.

thats great..it lets you call from your mobile for free..
But they give only the first 3 minutes to call anyone anywhr in India..and then on you can only call ur frnds on IBIBO...
Also there are great plans on various ...other systems..
I once used a net calling card..
that allowed me to make call as Rs. 2 to US..and some other copuntries..
